Wheel Pose :

It is an important yoga pose through which you can precise your belly and related muscles.

How to do this

  • For this position, you should lie back on floor, bend the knees and keep your feet soles apart at some distance.
  • Move your hands towards the body. Keep in mind that your palms are facing down.
  • Keep your hands together and life your body upwards.
  • Hold this position for 30 seconds to 1 minutes.
  • Then bring down the body slowly to the surface. And repeat this exercise for five times.

Cobra Pose :

This pose is not just lose belly fat but also strengthen the arms, waist and abdominal muscles.

How to do this –

  • Lie down on your stomach and keep both hands under your brow.
  • Keep your both feets together.
  • Now raise your trunk and head with support of palms. And hold both arms parallel to the shoulders so weight of the body lie on arms.
  • Stretch your body and take a long breath.
  • Hold in this position for few seconds and lie back on your stomach slowly.

Child Pose :

This yoga pose is perfect for those people who has just started doing the yoga. It reduces the belly fat and also strengthen the muscles.

Note : Pregnant women and people suffering from knee diseases should not do this yoga.

How to do this –

  • Sit on knee on ground so all weight of your body at the ankles.
  • Bend forward taking a deep breath.
  • Your chest should touch the thighs and try to touch the floor with forehead.
  • Hold this position for few seconds and come back to the same state while breathing out.

Seated Forward Bend Yoga Pose :

It is also very easy and effective posture for losing belly fat.

How to do this –

  • Firstly sit down straight with your legs by stretching in front of you.
  • Keep your neck and spine straight.
  • Lift your both arms up.
  • Then bend your head and trunk slowly forward to catch the toes with thumb, index and middle fingers without bending knees.
  • Hold this position for few seconds and come back to normal.
