- Take a two to three pods of cardamom, a small piece of ginger, 2-3 cloves and few dhania(coriander) seeds. Grind them well and consume it with warm water. It acts as an instant remedy for indigestion, bloating and gas.
- Cardamom, a piece of ginger, cloves put in betel with five basil leaves to eat. Cough and cold will disappear.
- Add a pinch or two of cardamom powder and turmeric to a glass of warm milk. You can add a little sugar for taste (if you like). Drink this every night to help relieve weakness and other symptoms of anaemia.
- Crush the combination of three to four cardamoms, humble plant roots (2g), bombax bark (3g) and mix in a glass of milk. Drink before bedtime. It is effective formula for impotence.
